Cargo Already Booked or in Transit
Your supplier may have arranged the freight without arranging US customs clearance. Send us the commercial invoice, available transport documents, and expected arrival details. We can review what has been arranged and discuss the brokerage work still required.
If the goods have already arrived, include any message from the carrier, terminal, or customs authorities. Tell us whether another broker has submitted an entry or an ISF. Understanding the existing filings and release status helps us establish the next step without duplicating work.
